At Creator Labs, we are committed to delivering impactful results and high-quality services to help creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs grow their businesses. We value your trust and strive for your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our services, we follow a transparent and strict refund policy as outlined below:

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

Since our offerings involve consulting, digital marketing strategies, mentorship, and funnel setup—which require extensive planning, time, and resource commitment—refunds will not be issued once:

  • The service has commenced, or

  • A business strategy session has been delivered, or

  • Any resource has been shared or implemented on your account

We encourage all clients to book a Growth Call and ask any clarifying questions before enrolling or making payment.

2. No Refund on Strategy Sessions or Workshops

All payments made towards workshops, training programs, or strategy sessions are non-refundable. These are knowledge-based offerings with digital delivery and are non-returnable once accessed.

3. Exceptional Cases

In rare scenarios where a genuine billing error has occurred (e.g., duplicate payment or incorrect charge), we will investigate and initiate a refund if deemed valid. Please report such issues within 3 business days of payment.

4. Client Responsibility

By enrolling in our services, you agree to actively participate, provide necessary information and approvals in a timely manner. Lack of communication or failure to follow through from your side does not qualify for a refund.
